two general methodologies and two of plant conservation of specific communities: 1) general methodology of ex situ conservation (strategic and legal framework, possibilities of conservation, evidence) 2) general methodology for clonal plants (preservation of clonal plants as a genetic source; a selection of plants to the clone archive), 3) methodology for annual hygrophytes of mineral\u2019s poor substrates (claims of 11 species in nature, detailed requirements for cultivation), and 4) methodology for annual hygrophytes of mineral\u2019s rich substrates (claims 7 species in nature; detailed requirements for cultivation).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Team<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Jana Navr\u00e1tilov\u00e1<\/strong> &#8211; principal researcher, head of the project, she is responsible especially for methodology for annual hygrophytes of mineral\u2019s poor substrates (claims of 11 species in nature, detailed requirements for cultivation) and methodology for annual hygrophytes of mineral\u2019s rich substrates (claims 7 species in nature;
